Hey everyone, I've had a busy week this week adding new products to my NEW Hippy Gift Shop I can't belive it's actually online now and open to the public after months and months of thought and preparation!

Along with all of that i'm STILL decorating my house, I'm getting quite used to sitting in a living room thats full of kitchen!
We finally took the plunge and picked a new kitchen though so just have to wait 7 weeks for it to be delivered and fitted!
I'm sure we'll be sick of living off take-aways and sandwiches by then and i really can't wait to get my shiny, sparkly, black worktops that have glitter!! ..... mmm shiny things!!
I think i've had an earthquake!!
We have low visibility, noise, mess, distruction .......... and builders!!
My house is slowly turning in to a disaster zone .. wait a minute .. it's a disaster zone already!!
We started decorating the bedrooms a couple of months ago so moved everything upstairs in to 1 room, then my bath decided to spring a leak and left a big hole in the kitchen ceiling so we phoned our insurance people and they sent someone round.
A nice man came round a couple of days later and took some samples to test for asbestos .. and guess what .. they came back positive!!
so we've had the whole of our kitchen / dining room ceiling pulled down this morning and are now waiting for a plasterer to come tomorrow so I'm sitting here in the living room squashed up in one corner in between the contents of our kitchen and dining room writing this blog!!
I actually managed to put some more products in my shop this morning while sitting on top of a chip pan and coffee maker so i'm happy I could still do some work!
I designed this picture about a year ago and think it looks great on all of the products in my shop.
Its a purple and black fractal design that I created using a photograph and has a gothic / celtic feeling with the swirls circling the heart in the center.
